Poor service at Clicks Southdowns Pharmacy

I have repeatedly experienced poor service, slowness, rudeness and gross incompetence from most of the pharmacy personnel at the Clicks in Southdowns.

Examples abound of long queues, bitterly slow service, lack of attention, sloppiness and don't care attitude. For example, I was given 100 tablets of a migraine medicine when I should have received 30. Dosages as given on the script is incorrectly recorded on the medication box, incorrect record of dosages prescribed by the doctor, etc.

At this rate, they're sure to kill someone soon!

As far as politeness and customer service goes, they have a long way to go! A smile once in a while will not be out of place...

In short - stay away if you possibly can!!!
