MTN has the worst service, i opened a new contract a year ago with a Blackberry 9810, for the last 3 months i have been given 6 brand new blackberry 9810 because all of them had the same problem with the phone screen jumping all the time, the Montague Gardens Repair Centre told me on the 4th new device they gave me that i would need to go to the store and tell them they should give me a different model Blackberry as the 9810 has a malfunction, because all of them have been returned for the same issue, i went to the Canal Walk store twice, and was told that the repair centre needs to give me a different model i then went back to the repair centre, and was told they do not do the exchange and once again gave me a sealed unit of the 9810 same day the phone gives the exact same issue i called them and they said, i need to go to the store, Today the store manager at Canal Walk told me that i need to speak with a manager at the repair centre, how many times must i go from pillar to post, if this is not resolved, mtn needs to either give me a different model or cancel the contract because having 6 phones in less then 3 months is ridiculous.
