This is a follow up on my previous complaint which still hasn't been dealt with. I have just been on the phone with Customer Care and they have informed me that I have been handed over which is absolutely ridiculous, if I am not contacted within the next 12 hrs I will be taking this matter further and will get my attorney involved and cause a scene. As previously stated I have been paying my Cell C bills very month without fail and have been a loyal customer. I changed my bank account from a savings to a cheque and updated my details online, receiving a message to state that my billing details were successfully updated. Cell C continues debiting off my savings which is no longer in use (1 contract on my cheque and the other on my savings...?) and doesn't even bother contacting me once to find out what the problem is but have a cheek to hand me over, a person who has never been black listed or in debt and pays her bills every month and has a good credit rating. I would like someone who has higher authority to contact me asap so we can sort something out here to resolve this stuff up that Cell C has caused for me!!! I am a very unhappy customer right now.
