Poor coverage/reception

Hi, I have been having trouble with very very poor reception basicly from the start of purchasing my neotel phones. People can hardly hear me when I speak and also the other way around. When I purchased the phones we checked on the Neotel website for coverage and it showed 100% coverage. But now its really just a big mess with just about no coverage. I am very confused with what I need to do next. Should I rather sell my phones and leave Neotel? Please advice? My numbers are 0218289001/2. I stay in Brackenfell
