So... it is me again! This is my 3rd report on these people.

After being helped last time and receiving credits for mistakes on my account, Autopage reverted back to overcharging me and this time they are making their credits back!

My MTN number has R200 worth of usage on my package, and I have 300meg to use as data. But somewhere along the line my R200 is used in no time and the data is running like it has no stopping it.

This is not a rant about charges on data, but simply the blatant fact that I did not use the data and somewhere there are data going through. 111 megs at once (R189), which I am sure I did not use. And then when I check my itemized billing the dates are again not running concurrently. Feb dates are shown in my April billing. How can there be dates that should have been in the previous month billing cycle be included in a new month. Something is wrong and don't think the shop can help you.

They are interested only is selling products than fixing problems on your account! The next few months cannot go quick enough since I will never upgrade or renew with this company and will tell all my friends and family not to as well!
