No SERVICE on sim 4days in a row

On Friday 10th May, I went to Nashua Mobile at Carnival Mall for sim swop. Their system was down, so they called Jerome at the call centre and he apparently did a sim swop. I was informed it takes 2 - 24hours to activate, which did not happen throughout Friday. I then left it to try on Saturday once the 24hrs had passed. Once again on Saturday I did not have any service from sim card. Sunday 12th on mothers day, yet again still no service! I called Nashua mobile and Chelsea said the sim swop didn't go through. Was on hold for 10min while she dealt with it. She told me in 30min my sim will be activated. Still, it did not work! All day and night of Sunday. Monday 13th May, I tried it once more and not action. I called the call center and Spoke to Jerome, who had me on hold for over 20min, only to be informed the sim swop didn't go through because the new sim card isn't provisioned! :0 (I must now go to and obtain a new sim card! This is Ludacris as this is a company line which has been inactive for 4days after interacting with 4 Nashua mobile agents! time wasting and an inconvenience!
