I applied for a contract on 29 April 2013, I have send numerous emails to try follow up on delivery I have to date received no reply. The customer service number is only usable if you have an existing Autopage number. I got a call last week Monday to confirm delivery address and when asked I was told the delivery will take place by Thursday last week, I was also told when I eventually used a friends number to get hold of Autopage that I would be contacted back... Still waiting for that to happen. If this is the service I am getting now what kind of service am I going to get for the period of this contract. The customer service of Autopage is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I cannot believe this after being referred to Autopage. I am horrified that a big company cannot excel on customer service.
