No service while trying to upgrade

Have tried to upgrade my phone for more than two weeks. Was promised they would deliver the phone to me. Today they say I must pick it up in a Pretoria store or the one in Tzaneen which I have endlessly explained to them I will not use as the store and its management are totally unhelpful. I have decided to port my number away from 8ta as soon as possible as they are really not interested in having my business. The rest of my numbers will also be ported away from them as soon as the contracts come to an end, Thank you 8ta for no service whatsoever.By the way no-one has yet contacted me with regard to my last posting on this website!!!
Is is quite sad to see the responses from 8ta as they seem to be computer generated and mean absolutely nothing
