Number not ported on upgrade

I went to sandton for the galaxy s4 launch. I wanted to upgrade my contract to the smartplan 100. It took the store over 4 hours to process this as the case got lost in the system. We had about 3 different consultants helping us. We were told we need to supply a payslip id and proof of residence for an upgrade and 3 months bank statements for a new contract. Because we only wanted a upgrade we supplied the relevant documentation. The number was meant to be ported over as requested. I have gone to the 8ta store in Woodlands to find out why the port has not yet taken place to find out a new contract has been created and the old one is still active. There is also no mention of porting the number. Ontop of this my contract is not reflecting the 1gb data that the contract is meant to comenwith. I need this rectified as soon as possible as I cannot walk around with two phones all day and my clients need to contact me on my old number. The case number that has been created for this issue is 5302579. Could you plewse rectify this problem asap as this is not the first time ive had major issues with this company.
