Still no feedback since my last comment here. At least someone attempted today after more emails to them as I see someone tried calling me and had it ring for 5 seconds and dropped the call which is rude. I emailed Vodacom to advise that I was really hoping in my heart to become once again a happy customer but I guess that only happens in the movies. Maybe one day someone will come to their senses or have the required business knowledge to see opportunities & to give customer service. As I said maybe they could have only upgraded my contract to next level to provide for whatever was the stumbling block in not giving a new business phone as I refused to use a black berry bold again and reinstall my data for the 4th time again & download everything again just to play in the same movie again. As a result I downgraded my current contract to Allday R100 (AVG current contract R3000pm x 23 = R69000.00 vs R100 per month as a result of the downgrade x 23 months = R 2300.00 and the R4300 penalty on top which I need to pay). Went to competitor got new R1500pm contract with a business phone. Guess no feedback ever from Vodacom so I will cancel my other contracts eventually when contract ends
