Problems yet again

I logged a complaint about my contract and how i was unable to make calls to certain numbers. I was contacted by Blanche to inform me that my issue was sorted out, to my surprise I cannot call anyone now!!! How can one say my problem has be sorted out when in fact it is now worse?
