NOT RECEIVING BENEFITS OF THE CONTRACT I SIGNED 4

Its been 4 weeks since being promised that my query will be sorted as I discovered that I have been billed for an incorrect package. When I first called on the branch, they logged a query, ref. 5294334, only to be called and advised that they have made an error and the contract was incorrectly captured. At this point, the supervisor at thecall centre, Terence, confirmed that the billing dept. acknowledges my complaint, which is VALID and further confirmed that the onus now on the store manager to correct the issue. After several attempts to call the store and confirm progress of my query and several PROMISES to get back to me, I am still left with NO RESOLUTION, mind you, the next billing is due and I am certain that the monies will be debited from my banking account, EVEN THOUGH INCORRECT. I am at my wits end and need a competent person to deal with my query. Customer Service is NON EXISTENT at the Cape Gate branch and whilst they have sight of the contract I signed for, are NOT INTERESTED in assisting me, passing me on to the call centre and logging various queries, with NO results! I am disgusted to receive this type of service!!!
