Its been exactly 1 week since i filed a complaint, cindy price from vodacom customer care contacted me once and kubeshnie from vodacom westwood once in the begining of the week. i still have had no joy from either. highly disapointed in hello peter as i realy thought they would be able to help. and as for vodacom westwood they only seem cabable of tAKING PEOPLES MONEY BUT WEN IT COMES TO SERVICING THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY ARE USELESS/PATHETIC FROM THE MANAGEMENT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE CONSULTANTS. IM SO OFF WORDS CANNOT EXPLAIN. MAYBE I NEED TO START SWEARIN AND RANTING AND RAVING LIKE A LOONATIC IN ORDER TO BE HEARD COZ CLEARLY IM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE COZ IV BEEN Patient all this while. whoever reads this mail note hello peter is not as helpful as some people believe and vodacom westwood is running a shaM OF A BUSINESS AND ARE TAKIN THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE
