Earlier this year a new contract was opened on my sister's name.

The number that was issued is the same as a number that another user, Sindiswa, is using!

I know this because I get calls, smses/whatsapps from ALL her contacts. They all ask for Sindiswa. Even companies are calling on this number. The probability of her giving an incorrect number to ALL these people is very low considering the amount of "wrong number" calls I get per day (and night). I often get calls at the wierdest times. I thought that this issue would stop, but I've suffered long enough. I'm just afraid that my personal details are also being "cross-lined" to her.

It's definitely not a case of recycling numbers... its that I've got another person's number!

Please help me, as your walk-in stores are forever jam-packed, and your call centre agents are extreamly blaze about the issue.
