Bad Customer Service

Good day,

I was at the Foschini branch, Somerset -west Mall when I had an encounter with the manager, Tasneem, from the cosmetics department. I spoke to one of the consultants who happens to be a friend of mine. Tasneem, the consultants boss, walked pass and gave her a dirty look and this was done because she was talking to me. Since I am a potential customer as soon I walk into the store I was not happy at all. I turned around and told her that she's speaking to a customer, which she mumbled back while she was walking with a customer herself, and as a Manager, that is disrespectful.

She came back after a while and asked me if I need help, which was done very sarcastically. She indirectly questioned why I was talking to the consultant. I told her I have been helped and that I was unhappy with the way she treats her employees. I do not feel the need to be questioned whenever I walk into a store and talk with someone I know, as long as I do not keep them out of work, which was not the case.

She walked away and felt the need to "discuss" me with the Floor Manager, which is unprofessional.

I would appreciate it if she receives some kind of warning.
