Charged for Services NOT Done & Cant Resolve Issue

Iv been a loyal customer of Autopage for 10 yrs. On 11 Nov 12 I handed phone in 4 repairs. Jan 2013 I had 2 chase them 2 see if phone is repaired. Was told the phones NOT repairable so must put an insurance claim in which was done Jan 2013. Iv now (May 13) got an invoice for R2193.55 which "apparently" includes a repair done, BUT it was not repairable! I pay R64.04 for insurance To be over? I asked 4 a full breakdown of where the money has been allocated 2 see wat all charges are, but no one (Head Office/Repairs) can give it 2 me! How can they expect me 2 pay 4 something that I cant get details of? Last month I paid R201.06 (they said was outstanding so they can unblock my phone) If Im wrong & do owe that amount WHY am I only being billed 5 months later? I called Head Office 6 May 13 @ 14:45 asking 4 time before blocking my phone 2 sort out problems, which they said theyl do & give me time till Friday 10 May 13. 2 hrs later it was blocked 2nd time. I rely on my phone for my business & will cost a fortune 2 use pay as u go. Wat it comes down to: BECAME USELESS & SERVICE SHOCKING! If no luck by LATEST end Mon 13 May 2013 il be forced to take matters to the Ombud
