Invoice does not match debited amount

I received the statement and the invoice for the billing - this does not equate to the value taken by debit order from my account. When I called I was at the end of a long queue and then are passed from person to person - this is all done at your cost as there is no free call number. I then attempted to put the request in writing on their site asking for a call back - more than a week ago, absolutely no response. In the interim, my daughter had her cell phone in a break-in; I callled to get the cell blacklisted and to stop calls being made on the sim card. I called numerous times and followed the sequence to report the "lost/" phone... no answer, the line just rang until it disconnected - eventually after a few hours I called during their office hours - and the call was answered - so there is no after hours service for emergencies either. I was somewhat put out with there being an option to report a - yet no-one to take the call - granted this was on a Sunday... however if they have the option open, then there should be a person to take the call. Shoddy service at best... still waiting for the call back 10 days late
