TIME WASTING-TERRIBLE SERVICE-INCOMPETENCE

My phone was and I called Cell-C Service Center to get an ITC number so that I can open a police case. The call center person could not help me and could hardly speak comprehensible English and she gave me a local branch number to call. After calling that number, a 7 year old girl answered. I called the center again to try a second time and again they couldn't help me and referred me to a different local branch and the phone rang without answer after 3 attempts. I went to the cell c shop in Sandton and 2 men tried to assist me there. After sitting in the shop for a very long time trying to attain the ITC number, they told me it would be SMS'ed to my alternative number within 24 hours. 2 days later and I have not received anything yet. I called the service centre again and the person told me that my details were never updated and a request for an ITC number has not even been applied for. I took the day off from work to finish the whole process of getting a case number from the police and now I have wasted this day completely thanks to Cell-C's horrible service.

I am going to try my level best to steer off people from making use of Cell C due to this experience.
