Breach of Contract / Poor customer Service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Service levels i been provided with. I upgraded in July 13 where nothing has been explained to me as it should. An "urgent "call from their call centre End of Aug from the person who leaves a message says call Cell C and does not leave a name.shortly after my phone is soft locked. eventually when I do get into contact with someone they advised i had an open line, and that the Store we went to has to load the data I signed for on the contract but was never provided which could be seen on there systems too. So I go the the clearwater mall to sort out any discrepancies only to be told that they are unable to assist and will have to log a call for the matter to be investigated and will get back to me within 24 hours, those hours passed but no call. so I call them the next day and almost everyday for the 1st 3 weeks in September always hearing about the person who assisted is not in, i ask to speak to the manager who seems to be just as unhelpful as the rest no one returns calls or keeps you notified. eventually I get a call to say the data only kicks in 1 oct, to date i still have nothing called the manager twice and still no response
