DON'T BUY a phone at Edgars Cresta Shopping Cente

I complain in my previous report about my phone being. I claim for my insurance and I've been waiting 4months going into month number five. I thought by filing a complaint that it will wake them up and sort out this whole thing but yet still I'm waiting. Edgars responded as you can see in the previous report. They try to call me during my working hours so I missed the call (WHICH IS NORMAL BECAUSE I WORK DURING THOSE HOURS). So I called the number that they said I should call. I spoke to a consultant called Vusi from EDCON. He said the person responsible for answering your report will call you in the next 20 MINUTES. So I'm waiting!!! LIKE IVE BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS!!! yet still they are not shaken!!!

Did that person get back to me??? the answer is NO NO!!! I'm sick and tired now FED UP. All I want is my phone. IS THAT REALLY HARD!!! What else must a person do to get things done!!!

CAN SOMEONE at EDGARS FIX THIS!!! THIS is Nonsense. Someone will PAY for this!!!
