DSL Activation is the worst

I signed up with Axxess for a DSL line to save some time and skip the hassles of ordering it directly from the provider. However, I've done many lines directly from the provider and it was activated withing 24-48 hours.

Now, 1. Axxess tells me up to 2 weeks? So how is this benefiting clients?? They wait 2 weeks longer? That's not a benefit...

2. I ask Axxess Support for an ETA or just some feedback. Get a response that it's still pending and no ETA? They did not even bother to phone the main provider and get some feedback as to what's happening with the line?

This is not customer service.
