I HAVE UPGRADED ON 24 APRIL 2013. SINCE THEN EVERY TIME I PHONE THEM, THEY PROMISE ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY NEW PHONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK BEFORE FRIDAY. I HAVE BEEN PHONING AND EMAILING THEM WITH NO SUCCESS. THEY JUST REPLAY SORRY WE HAVE A NEW SYSTEM BUT YOU WILL HAVE YOUR PHONE NEXT WEEK... HALLOOOOO
