I called Nashua Mobile Corporate support and was informed by Bulelani that Nashua Mobile was supposed to inform the client that when doing a migration all credit will be forfeited. I did not received any communication telephonically or by email that this would happen should you migrate with credit on your account. Apparently this is also stated on the migration form which I did not even sign or completed. Why was I not communicated this information?? The only communication that was sent was an email stating that my request was completed.

I have not used this contract in over 5 months and have accumulated credit to a value of approximately R1000. I now have R10 available credit.

Please revert, or do what ever it is you need to get this credit back, even if it's a recharge voucher.

This is unacceptable service.
