I recently received an email notification that the data package I have is due for an upgrade and that I should go online to arrange the necessary.
I battled for two days and three calls to the call centre to unlock my vodacom account and still no one could assist me. Out of pure frustration I called the upgrade centre to do the transaction telephonically as I couldn't take the incompetency of the call centre staff any longer.
I got through to John at the upgrade centre who was an absolute star! He dealt with my query quickly and professionally - even giving me some advice as to which package would suit my needs better.
I work in a call centre environment myself and would be proud to have counted John as one of my own staff. He truely is an asset your company... well done and keep it up.
