Pathetic Support - big dissapointment!

I experienced the total lack of support and ownership from the Web Africa support staff. I have been unable to update my details on the their system, logged numerous calls and have confirmation e-mails where they validated that they managed to re-create the issue on their side. Yet, after 48 hours, they tend close the support call/ticket without contacting me AND without resolving the issue. (Probably chasing SLAs and not customer satisfaction).

Screen-shots of the errors were provided to them and as per the support e-mails from them, it was referred to their developers. The last feedback is that they are able to update information on their side and therefor consider the matter closed. However, I still get the same 'yikes' error when trying to update my information (I cleared cache and cookies, tried 4x different laptops.

When considering an ISP, think carefully about the type of support level that will be acceptable to you. Web Africa used to be better but their support has gone backwards. They are ineffective and unable to resolve even minor issues with their system - i.e. the update of contact information.
