Virgin Mobile over charges it's clients

Over the past few years I have queried Virgin Mobile costs at per minute billing to no availe.
Virgin piggy backs off the Cell C network which charges per second billing at 99c per minute while Virgin Mobile charges over R 2.10 per minute and charges an extra full minute for any portion of a minute there after.

To charge double and more for a service already provided by another is pure and should by investigated at the highest level.
