Cell C
Impatiently Waiting!

I opened up a contract with Cell C Direct on the 29th of April, upon which I was told that my Samsung Galaxy S4 would be delivered to me in 2-7 working days, I have it is the 7th day and I'm still yet to receive feedback. I have tried calling, and when I do so i'm put on hold for over 20 minutes, and when I do finally get through there is no one to give me any answers as what the status of my phone delivery is!!!

I am frustrated at the time that it has taken, and even more so at the fact that no one can give me answers as to what this delay is about!!! I was guaranteed a turn-around-time and I would like to know why they are not delivering on it!

I will NEVER recommend that anyone use this service as a means to get they're handset them!!! this is ridiculous!
