Applying For Contract

I applied for a contract with the Samsung Galaxy S4. Phoning in to try find out the status of my application is almost impossible as no one answers the phone. When I did get through this morning they said they just need to phone my work to confirm employment and it could take 3 days. 3 days just to make a phone call? How long would it take to finally receive the phone then? I need a new phone urgently and if Cell C cannot provide one in a timely manner then you can cancel my order and i will go elsewhere.
