Unacceptable

I already logged a complaint about being approved then declined... and still no feedback... Then i email customer service to request invoices on that account i get an email telling me to contact a collection agency, however they attach invoiced that show i am in Credit (ur statement Total Due: R68.56-)... This is really unacceptable seriously [URL Removed] on now... I am going forward now an logging this with the ombudsman coz I cannot allow you guys to do this... that statement is from 2009 but i get told i have a balance of 1300 outstanding!
