I called DSTV on Sunday to upgrade my account to a premium package. I was told by the call centre that they were unable to assist and could NOT upgrade my account. That I would need to call back during office hours.
I sent an email to multi choice to enquire why I couldn't get the upgrade. After several calls back, someone finally assisted with the upgrade.

On Wednesday 8.30PM I received a very rude call from someone at multi choice. She was calling to inform me that it took them three days to reply to my email, only to inform me that they could not upgrade my account. I told her that someone had already assisted and that she was wasting my time if she had to call me at 8.30 at night to tell me she couldn't do anything. The rude and very unprofessional employee then just hung up on me.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I am paying almost R700 to this service provider only to be harassed at night by incapable and rude staff. Unacceptable behavior DSTV. If you want to retain your clients I suggest you rebook at how your staff communicate with us paying clients.
