We have been experiencing intermittent loss of internet connection since 30 Jan. The line, which by the way is a Doctors line, has been reported every two weeks, if not more often. Nothing at all has been done or is being done about it. Currently we have been waiting since Monday for someone to attend. The technician came yesterday and went away saying he would return later. Nothing of the sort happened. How can one get hold of the regional Telkom office because the call centre is beyond pathetic? Is it not cheaper for you to repair our line once and for all, instead of crediting us for no service all the time? Amazing. Please remember you are not the only provider of telephone and internet services and your "we do not care attitude" may just back fire one day.
