I am livid with the service I have been getting from MTN - My son's BB was faulty, so we took it to the store in Obs, they in turn sent it to the repair center, we got a quote which was ridiculously high, so we declined their service. The insurance then told me to pay an access of 150 for the repairs, the handset was collected, but upon receipt of the ph, my son said that the scroll button is still not working and that the speakers are busted. Back the ph goes. I got a mess on Friday to say I should have the handset back by Monday / Tues this week .(2nd time it's been collected) Yesterday I get a mess frm the Ins Comp to say that I have to pay an add 150 and that he can select a new handset to the value of 2300.I mailed the info to the assistant (Verny- very helpful and efficient lady indeed) who normally helps me, but she is on study leave and not available. Upon visiting the Obs store yesterday, I was told the manager's not inn, and they cannot authorize the claim etc, and that I have to mail the info to them, which I did this morning bfre 8.( I sent it to Kulsum) during this time I was the 1 making all inquiries, and only after all my questions do I get some reply.
