I was contacted about my previous complaint: In the mean time this is what happened.

I was contacted by a very friendly lady. Went to go fetch a refurbished phone as mine could not be fixed. This one's software was apparently not cleared properly so I need to take it back AGAIN as it does not work (like I have nothing better to do) The lady form the shop that said it only came back on 2 May was lying as the report that came with my phone said it was finished on 19 April. This is ridiculous!!!
