To whom it may concern
If you refer to my previous complaint, I have not received a call back from the lady at Vodacom handling my query. My phone once again needs a software reload. I've just come back from Umhlanga Vodacom only to be turned away once again saying that I need to take it back to Old Fort because its still within 3 months of the last repair. I do not wish to take it back to old fort road as their customer service and it is a huge inconvenience for me.
I just need my phone repaired... properly. I'd appreciate if the lady Keshifa can call me back as she was the one handling my complaint previously. Please call me at work as my phone is now off (031 940 1918)
