I spoke to a consultant name Pheleka she sounded very dull and not enthusiastic to assist, i asked her if she was having a bad and she asked if i wanted assistance or not. I do not appreciate to be treated like that when I pay my monthly subscription. She is not doing me a favour she is employed to render a service to clients. I spoke to her Team leader Lerato Magayi, who assisted me
