I called client care number to get a refund I was provided with an e-mail address to forward my documents which I did twice on the same e-mail address * [Email Removed] but they was still no documents received, I called again which I have spoken to Nhlanhla she was very friendly, provided me with her team leader's e-mail address [Email Removed] I have forwarded my document twice still the was no reply... I called back spoken to Tumi, I was very frustrated wanting to spoke to a team leader
She handed the phone to her team leader, lerato Thema... she was very understanding and eager to assist I only forwarded my document to her once, she updated and provided me with options which made me feel valuable as a client. Lerato u really special and an ASSET
