TELKOM CANNOT DELIVER

After numerous emails and countless phone calls to the call centre I get to deal with an extremely arrogant technician - Simon. I spoke to Simon 0705//2013 and asked me if someone will be home. I said no and arranged for Thursday 09/05/2013.

Simon called me on 09/05/2013 and I asked him to let me know what time the Technician will be there to which he resonded he can't give me a time. Firstly the 5 days that we have taken off so they could sort this out has already been an inconvenience and now I need to take off another day so that maybe sometime today they will come out. WE DO HAVE JOBS AND CANNOT AFFORD TO WAIT AROUND FOR A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT, CONSIDERING WE HAVE ALREADY AFFORDED THEM 5 DAYS. Since when does the client have to bend backwards to get a service provided.

To top off this whole nightmare off I still get a bill of R2600 for something I am unable to use in which they have charged me for installation that I was told will be excluded if I take a call closer package?

Lastly WHEN the line works I barely get over 1Mbs from a 4Mbs line.

PLEASE CANCEL THIS LINE AND REFUND DEPOSIT AND MONEY I HAVE PAID FOR THE ROUTER!! I will make use of another provide
