Vodacom manages to do it AGAIN!!!

I am sick and darn tired of vodacom! Really at my wits end! I have 6 contracts wtih vodacom (4 cellular, 2 data) recently 2 of my contracts came up for upgrade... and this is where this whole nightmare begins... I have spent the past 6 weeks phoning Vodacom customer care 2 - 3 times a week, each time complaining about some or other thing they have done wrong etc etc etc. Their latest FLOP? THEY phoned ME and offered me a migration on 3 of my contracts to Smart Small contracts, and managed, as always to make it sound so fantastic. In summary 75 minutes of calls. I told the operator over and over and OVER again that it is imperative that the phone is soft locked after it reaches its 75 minutes with an option to purchase airtime. She promised me it is the case... well NO NO NO... it isnt!!! And I now need to pay... THIS OPERATOR IS DISHONEST AND I AM HAVING ENDLESS OF PROBLEMS WITH VODACOM, EACH TIME IT RESULTS IN ME HAVING TO PAY MORE ON CONTRACTS!!
