On the 22 april 2013 I posted a report on hellow peter, telkom billing department phoned me and promised to sort out the problem I had. They promised to refund the money debited from my account within 10days and they will also make sure that the 8ta contract was cancelled after I sent them proof received from them was forwarded to them, I did as they asked then on the 30th of april2013 the redebit my account again and did not refund the money previously debited and today they send me an sms saying that the contract has been reactivated again .very poor service!
