Wrong Bundles Loaded

Went to the Vodacom shop yesterday to buy sms bundles. They then loaded data bundles. When made aware of the mistake, they said they would be reversed in an hour. They did not do that and today they have said they cannot. It was their mistake and they refuse to rectify this situation.
