Complaint logged in January still not resolved

I have a contract whereby my Blackberry data (BIS) is free on the account... Cell C then cancelled it in June 2012, I had it reactivated in October/November 2012, Then Cell C billed me for it, even though we have a signed agreement saying it is free on my contract... Cell C then "resolved" the problem by contacting me, investigating, realising i was right all along and crediting me, but since then i have been billed again every month for BIS, when it's supposed to be free...

Please resolve this issue once and for all... My patience with Cell C as a supplier is wearing thin... Especially after I have had to pay for my own screen repair, even though i have insurance with cellC, but that is another matter all together... Fix this first
