Can't order stock

Last weekend went to builders to buy a trimtech 650w weedeater. I was told it was out of stock but I could come back today 21 Dec and they will have stock. So i went back couldn't find Ishmael but was told that they still didn't have stock, I then spoke to a manager that said he would phone another branch and have them bring one to the kempton branch. While I was waiting the manager was called away so one of the staff phoned around and said yes the Edenvale and Boksburg have stock. I asked him to order one from there and was told he couldn't do that I had to drive there. I said but the manager said they could order but I was still told no. So I asked directions to the other builders in Edenvale and Boksburg but not one person in the 5 that were asked knew where it was. I need that weedeater to do the lawn before christmas and this is now causing me a big headache. I need someone to contact me and oreder that thing!
