Continious billing problems

Subsequent to the above billing issues I also receive my account statement well after the end of the month and you people expect payment at end of each month. Why do you think you are entiled to such behaviour when all other service providers manage to get account statements to me well before the 25th of each month!!! This month I have received no statement as yet, and have disconnected my service for non payment, how the #### do I pay if I don't know how much!!! I have logged serveral calls with your MD desk and have had no response from you as to date.

WELL DONE ON THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 1
