My parents have been burdened with no coverage as found by field technicians of Cell C since March 2012.

Blanche was approached then and only recently have technicians come to and through their investigations and 5 dropped calls in 20 minutes supported concerns.

In this period my elderly parents have been hampered with no access to the internet for periods longer than what appears 5 minutes.

Ive emailed Blanche consistently and she doesnt seem interested in supporting customers and it seams that the treatment customers get is no after sales support when the website coverage doesnt match actual coverage. It was promised by her that she would provide my parents with instructions on how to check time to expiry to which there was no resp

I was promised by her a solution for my parents so they may be able to use Cell C s service to earn a living but clearly Cell C isnt concerned.

Please explain why Blanche is not answering emails and providing my elderly parents with a solution to their problem. The product is time dependent and we are now appearing 10-11 months for a 12 month product where my parents are not able to use the product due to the pending CellC investigation into cove
