No statements were received by my elderly parents both last year and this year for shares owned.
They were meant to send via physical mail. At the beginning of the year they called Computershare to change delivery to email instead of post.
No emails were received.
When my father called it was ascertained that the email details were inputted incorrectly. The name and surname of my parents are on the share registry so there's no excuse for spelling it incorrectly in the email;
After waiting for an hour no solution was provided.
Gene said that my mother had to pay R37 rand for a reissue. How can one say reissue if no statement was sent as the email address was incorrect.

Why should my parents pay if the error was that of Computershare's staff.

Please advise on a solution. Please contact my parents at the phone number listed under acc.

Im shocked and disgusted.
