Harassment via sms & phone calls to elderly people

RL Daly References (2): 4999116 & 4997900. My sister, Mrs Anthea Adam has corresponded with this firm on NO LESS than 3 occasions, informing them that our parents are insolvent & are unable to pay. She has provided them with proof of residence & that the property they reside on belongs to HER. She has also furnished them with proof of the utility bills paid each month by her and her husband. They are being cared for by my sister and I and are living off their pensions. Attachments accordingly to law do not apply to elderly people who live off their pensions. They are welcome to waste valuable time in issuing 100 summonses or however many they wish to issue against our parents which will be to no avail. Which part of this do they not understand. I will be reporting their harassment of our parents to Carte Blanche, 3rd Degree and the like. If they proceed with whatever action we will get representation on a pro bono basis to act on our parents' behalf. Affidavits were furnished to this firm confirming all of the above, yet they ignore all communication & instead continue unabatedly to harass 75 & 80 elderly causing them extreme anxiety & stress. Unacceptable
