As usual my account was paid by debit order, but for some or other reason my line was cut for 2 days, could not get reach of the accounts department so i was given a reference number and was told it will be solved within 2-24 hours after about 30 hours i called and they just told me i have to wait the problem will be solved. Bad since this is the time they let me know i qualify for a upgrade...
