Very Very Bad Service

I contacted Vodacon to cancelled my contract with Vodacom about two months ago, this was due to poor signal at home.

I spoke to Lineo, who does not have a direct line, she gave me the option to keep the phone and pay R2600, she said that she will send me a contract to sign, I also informed her that I will pay the money directly into their account if I decide to keep the phone, she was going to mail me the banking details. She did not get back to me for more then two weeks, after many attempts to get this sorted, I finally manage to arrange for them to collect the phone from me, to my surprise they did not collect the phone and R3000 was deducted from my account. I called them again, and it was sort of sorted out, but now because of me being on prepaid the task became even harder. every time I called I was informed that I do not have an account.
Last week the phone was finally collected, only for me to get a call from a Lucas to say that the phone was delivered to him, I tried to call Vodacom to inform them, but once again, calls got dropped and no one seem to care, I am tired of the lack of service from Vodacom after being a client for 7 years, I am moving elsewhere.
