Neotel
No service for defective phone

My Neotel handset speaker has apparently stopped working so I cannot hear anyone who calls me. When I contacted the Customer Care centre, I was told that I must take the unit to my nearest outlet to be swapped out with a replacement unit. There are now only two outlets, one in Fourways and one in Midrand. I said that as this was a fault with their product they must bring me a replacement unit, whereupon I was told that they don't provide that service any longer. I take strong exception to this lack of service, especially when it is their product that is at fault. No doubt I will have to take my complaint further, as Neotel did not seem interested.
