Unbelievable bad service

I requested an upgrade, as my 2 year contract had expired. SInce my request for the new phone, 4 weeks have passed. i have to constantly phone and ask them where the unit is. SkyTrack has still not delivered, and despite promises to the contrary, Neotel has never phoned to check whether i have received the unit.
However, they are still debiting the monthly amount off my account...
This morning, Skytrack had the unit in my office, but under another person's name, and then they left again, without my having received the unit!
